I have been on this board for 4 YEARS NOW!!! I am 40 years old and have been exercising for nearly a decade now. I have lost over 100 pounds and have achieved a life long dream of becoming a competitive bodybuilder and won 2 state titles in my first contest. I am also a certified personal trainer, through ACE (American Council on Exercise). I have had that certification for 2 years now and also just recieved a new certification as a Clinical Exercise Specialist.
